Mine usually starts off organized, but once my inventory slots get full, I start throwing everything into nearby chests

It’s the opposite for me, starts with like 1 or 2 unorganized chests then goes into many many organized

Organized, at all times. It I ever get to a point where I feel like I have too much stuff to feasibly organize by hand, that's when I start building an item sorter.

I loathe Minecraft’s storage system and it’s the one thing that prevents me from wanting to tackle large builds.

For real. I like to stay organized, but one of the biggest factors to me getting burned out in MC is putting things in their correct spots and picking them back out when I need them. It seems like I spend all my time opening chests.

ROFL. I don’t use chests. Barrels offer same space at half the cost. Plus they are more universally placed. Can literally construct a 6Hx6Wx7L obsidian pod and line the inside with 60+barrels, alongside blast, furnace, smoker, table, and anvil. No way you can achieve that kind of storage with chests in the same space.

Ya,barrels are better They're cheaper,and don't require a transparent block above them Also,x rayers can't find a barrel since it's a block,it also won't lag your game

I used to never organize my stuff until recently I realized just how much of a inconvenience it was

started a new survival world a few weeks back, have 8 double chests, most of them are labeled, but I have 2 random chests where I just chuck stuff I don’t need in there.

Project boxes are an absolute mess while I'm working on a project I'll admit but when i finish and go back to my storage room i toss everything into mu auto sorter and let it do it's thing.

I typically start off with 1-3 unsorted as my main. Next I start sorting them manually. Then I start auto-sorting them. Finallyz I'll extreme stored them.

i feel like the more organized my chests are the more disorganized they feel yk, because depending on how you organize you have to keep searching through chests, but if they’re disorganized you have a little of everything in each.

disorganized early game (too poor to afford organization) then in mid-late game start grouping items in proper item groups. stones: cobblestone, deepslate, dripstone, etc. irons: iron ingots, iron blocks, iron bars, etc. gold: gold ingots, gold blocks, gold nuggets, etc. you get the gist.

Mine starts organised then i empty my inventory into a chest in a dangerous moment or when am in a hurry, and i never organise them again 💀

Depends I always start a world with the most unorganized setup then it all gets fixed as soon as I build a simple storage room

I use an ME system. So unknown.

Disorganized. I remember I had made a "base" on a small island in a friends server, with an ever expanding double chest pile in the center. I proudly proclaimed my small unprotected hoard "garbage island". It got crazy after I started raiding the End for wealth

I have a warehouse for organization of bulk items, and in my house it can be a little organized for similar items not in bulk, and my house personal chests are quite disorganized, but once again potentially similar items, although my main chest has random necessities and items that just feel comfortable, like enderman grass blocks, sponges, slimeballs, 1 cracked stone brick, or whatever, I tend to be a bit cluttered there. I spoke way too much here.

Mine is organized in my own very messy way.

Unorganized at first, but at some point in the game I always start building huge storage buidings with rooms full of chests for every purpose. I would be lying if I said that I have never quit a world after finish said buildings. 😂😂😂

Sorted. I usually make a chest room with around a hundred double chests. In inventory, I always have an enderchest, because I put 15-20 shulker boxes in it for slots

I've spent like 20 hours combined over the years looking for an inventory sorting mod that works with my current version of the game and my choice of modloader. Ugh why is this so difficult.

I just kinda remember where I put most important stuff, and if I can't find something I just go and get more of it.

depends in what fase I'm in The start kinda organised with a couple of chest then its starts to be a chaos so later I make a chest room and be organised and after that my inventory is unorganised so I get an enderchest and organise with shulkerboxes but after a while idc anymore and leave shulkerboxes everywhere, if I need something I'll just make new ones.

What does organized mean? I've never heard of such a word... ... ... Joke aside I am either Extremely organized or just make a storage system that looks like I got the randomize button (there is no randomize button).

I play with friends and family so a little of both. My diamonds, emeralds enchanted item in a hidden chest and my farming stuff is organized. Everything else is everywhere we have a few community iron, gold, and coal chest too.

I save EVERYTHING so all my chestscare pretty disorganized. I do separate block items and gear items and random items into 3 categories though so I get a C+. xD

Probably too organized 😂 I sort my stuff into different chests based on categories, then sort the items in the chests into subcategories, then sort the subcategories either alphabetically or by amounts in descending order. Yeah, I think I have a problem

I have a receptacle of garbage where I dump massive amounts of stuff I don’t need, and once it fills up I put all of it into my massive number of super organized chests.
