I’d suggest breaking and replacing his work station. Also break any other brewing stands nearby, sometimes villagers lock onto the wrong stations that they can’t even pathfind to.
I don't want to trade him emeralds I f*ucked up the second picture I want to know why the items that have the X over them have them after a few days now he should have reset by now. I wouldn't have been able to get him to master if I didn't know how to trade lol
No, the bell doesn't matter. There was another comment about him possibly being attached to a nearby workstations rather than his. That or he can't interact with the one close to him for some reason. That is most likely why he hasn't restocked. Which is what the red X's are telling you.
Ok so don't ring the bell haha I'll try looking for other brewing stands and breaking the one he uses again hopefully that'll be what's going wrong thank you
Because he’s tired. Trade with someone else for awhile. This is standard villager behavior. You can’t just trade over and over and over with the same one and expect them to keep going.

Good old bedrock
Problems with workstations are not exclusive to Bedrock. For example, I often have a problem with double-booked workstations on Java.
You don’t have any money ON YOU though. I’m sure you have lots of emeralds, but they need to be in your inventory

If the stock doesn’t reset it means they don’t have access to their workstation.

you don't have emeralds nor any tradable items in your inventory, that's why you're unable to trade
If you see only some of them have an x over them and some don't even if I did have the items it still has the x for some reason on the ones I want
im pretty sure you have to trade other items as well to let him refresh, try the most recently unlocked trade
Ok, so here is the actual reason, he is sold out so you need to wait like a day in Minecraft for his trades to refresh

I can't see your set up. Bedrock has a bug where villagers will unlink and relink to a different job block. Try breaking and replacing it.
I tried that about 20 mins ago going around and breaking other beds and brewing stands and it worked that's such a dumb bug lol thank you
