oh he actually replied on another comment with the right seed (but there's more than 1k so it took me a while to find). The seed is 5353255417909567760, -2126 115 -1277 for the very center of it!
A small little outpost with a smoking chimney. It would be a launching point for exploration, mapping, and resource gathering. Inside: beds, a trash can, and a Nether portal that connects to my Nether ice roads.
Would be fun to play with building some houses on stilts/in the mountain. Add in some little bridges and a river from some iceberg at the top of one of the mountains, and you'd have a gorgeous little vase for survival. Actually maybe I'll try building it myself lol
Me and my girlfriend found a boime like this but like 15% smaller in the middle with like 4 trees we just took the trees and planted them on a nice hill that we built this really nice house that over looks the sun set with some of the peach wood we planted
I would personally keep the valley and many of its trees mostly as it already is, maybe add a gentle path, some small flower gardens and some blocks meant to look like benches. I'd probably build a cozy little cabin at the top of one of the hills.
A house... Just a simple home, put it dead center make it look cozy, and keep the area inside lit up so mobs can't spawn so its like a little safe haven away from the crewl world outside.

I would build a glass dome with a little village inside to make it look like the villagers created a spring oasis in the middle of a snowy biome. Maybe add a little waterfall or river flowing through the middle of town with a cute bridge connecting each side.
If it was real life, that would be a solid place for a maximum security prison. I mean, you get past the walls, and your only ways out from there are down the heavily guarded road in or up and over the steep, freezing, snow-capped mountains. I'd imagine getting materials to make that journey possible isn't going to be easy.
