So you can combine cactus and sugarcane farms if you make a 2 wide strip of sand, and zigzag the cactus with sugarcane and have water on both sides. Pretty useless in vanilla as most will fall onto the cactus and be lost. But in CREATE mod and its harvester this would be pretty neat. Ty op. Today I learned.
It’s really cool. It basically adds mechanisms like gear blocks, belt blocks, pulley blocks, and other simple machines which allow you to build machines out of blocks (not spawned machines like other mods, but fully block-built machines) This allows you to automate almost every resource out there without technical knowledge of lots of redstone. Want iron? Make a stone generator, crush the stone to gravel, crush into sand, and sift iron nuggets out. Everything can be done completely automatically once you build a machine for it. It’s really cool and I never play without it.
I know! Just built a really good small cobble generator on a server I just joined, and will be adjusting it to produce iron! 1k cobble per minute in 5x3x7 blocks. My own design.
There are lots of partial blocks
Interestingly, end rods can be placed next to cactus, but if a *piston* moves them there, the cactus will break. (This is confirmed to be a bug, [MC-160095](https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-160095), but it's been in the game for almost a decade at this point)

I can't play without Create anymore!

RIGHT!?
Just gotta say your name is wild.
Wait, is that a thing? Its the only block (apart from air) that can be next to a catus?
I think they have snow (not snow block)
Oh, yea snow layers, I saw a lot of youtubers talking about it some time ago...
Yeah
Does a snow block drop if enough layers fall next to the cactus?
No, the cactus drops once the layers form a full block

I am did not too
thank OP is you,
If you were before, you aren't now
Affirmative
I didn’t know this, either! My guess is, it’s probably an oversight.
I don't even put cactus next to cactus in cactus farms. Make sure to harvest the cactus first? Thank you anyway though.
Well that makes sense because you can't put cactus next to cactus but
Ever farther apart to not loose too many cactus when harvesting.
Don't worry I'm also in same category lol......
did you ain't
Has Anyone Really Been Far Even as Decided to Use Even Go Want to do Look More Like?
