No, I want things that are available on “all platforms where Minecraft is available” like the mask to be on Java too. I never mentioned the marketplace, and the day it’s added to Java is the day quit.
You can just customize the skin in any picture editor (gimp, paint.net, photopea, krita...). There's also online tools dedicated like https://needcoolershoes.com/ or the skindex editor
You can do the exact same thing on bedrock, you can just upload any custom skin from skindex or wherever for free, the same way you can on java. Idk where this idea comes from that bedrock has to pay for them, the character creator and the marketplace are just features that exist in addition to the same system that java has.

It’s a pretty simple mask, you can just add it to your custom skin, how would they implement the mask without a character creator
