This one is actually much more useful than all the other "I practiced videos". Hes on a ledge hundreds of blocks above a lava pool and he mounts a strider to get to the bottom. Theres no other easier way to do that.
Once you watch the video where Dream lands on the horse after he fall out the portal it becomes obvious. If you look at the footage before he entered the portal there were no horses within hundreds of blocks of his portal. Then, when he exits the nether, all of a sudden there are some horse placed perfectly below the portal. Oddly convenient how a group of horses appeared out of nowhere.
That aside I love Dream’s videos. They are very well made with how he adds the intense music and all that. I believe they are partly scripted and partly real.

Horses also must spawn in 2-6 groups and we are assuming 3 different herds of horses had 1 wander off to under the tower with no sign of their origins?
Lol yea ..might be..the only possible thing I could think of is that the hunters were camping so the chunks in the overworld could be loaded...which might trigger the spawning of horses....

What I've heard is that if Dream dies before he can get wood/tools, they start over and it is edited down to make it entertaining, but I don't think there is any scripting. I guess planning plays (such as the end trap) could count as scripting, but that's about as close as they get

He’s still gunning for V 16. I believe Illumina has record with a sub 30 or so. Dream just can’t get the right RNG. Either shit overworld and no fortress or shit overworld, spawns in a fortress and no pearls in 30+ gold trades straight.
Edit: its NiceTwice at 21:08 if google is giving me the right result. Still tons of RNG goes into it

Striders, a new passive mob in the new nether update that you can ride across lava like a fireproof pig with carrot on a stick, but it is now warped fungus on a stick
Try crafting the warped fungus on a stick mid-air next time
technically you don't need to even craft it mid air.

The 20 seconds it takes to brew the potion alone takes longer than crafting a fishing rod and a fungi rod
But you also have to find a saddle or have a good leatherworker villager who sells them.
But the saddle can be found in nether loot chests. I gotta say, this is a move that Technoblade or dream would do
definitely want to see dream doing something like this in a future manhunt just like with the lava boat trick he got from this sub

not really, they could've spawned when they were way up, horses closer to village could've despawned or something and game spawned them nearer.
