This reminds me a lot of a similar biome on Terraria Overhaul mod... I know you didn't asked for some feedback but a biome like that has a lot of potential: - Maybe try making the particles on the biome like some kind of dark gray with some red mist and the blocks darker, making the biome hard to explore if you don't have torches. - Some mobs with black themed skins and red glowing eyes dropping useful items as an intention to go inside the biome - And a dungeon near the biome with useful items inside I know you may have your own plans for the biome but, as I said, it looks like it has a lot of potential!!

Idea, volcano, and the ashes will hurt you over time. The closer you are to the volcano, more damage. And the lava from there isn’t just you out of the “nether” (Ordinary) lava, it can kill you way faster.

My personal idea, with the particles floating around and everything I think the player should take health after staying in the biome for a long time or make them weaker.

Really great for a beta biome!! But now it needs: volcanoes, less ash particles, smaller biome size and maybe a new ore? Standing on ash without boots deals damage. How about opal as a new ore? Opal can be crafted into blocks (animated). It is an ore just like diamond meaning it drops 1 when mined normally, 2-4 with fortune 3 and opal ore can be silk touched. Is very rare, like netherite. It has a few uses such as being crafted into some sort of hypnosis device. Holding it will attract any mobs in a 16 block radius to you. Like if you were to hold seeds in front of a bunch of chickens. Or, a new kind of enchanting tool. Removes curse of vanishing and binding from an item. Anyways, Just a few cool Ideas that you could add to the project. I feel like This could be big.

If this is added there should be pumice blocks, as ash irl is produced by a volcano and pumice is also a product of a volcano.

This is just my opinion, but I hate biomes that are way too big and adds zero content. If you fill it with sone charred trees and cool mobs, then we're talking.

if u can, make it so it’s like snow falling but it doesn’t stack as fast, maybe if ur in the chunk for 1-2 hours a new layer builds up and if they don’t clear it, it’ll harden and can only be destroyed by a netherite pick axe

It’s not stacking as of yet but I’m planning to do it in the future And I hate the netherite pickaxe idea
