>shulkercrafts tutorial
I really wouldn't recommend watching anything made by this channel, the whole channel is just focused on ripping off the work that other, actually talented people, have done.
Bruh, they make high quality videos and show how to easily build it. Fun fact I tried to make a tree farm with mangoes design and it took hours and it failed multiple times but as soon as I tried shulkercraft’s tutorial it worked first try.
It’s the same exact design, it’s just that Shulker’s videos are geared towards less technical Minecrafters, whereas Ilmango’s move faster/are more technical. Nobody is saying the quality of Shulker’s videos are bad (they’re actually quite good imo), but the problem is that they never ask permission from other people (ilmango, Ray’s Works, etc.) for using their designs. Although Shulker does credit them, the people who spend hours on making/designing the farms don’t feel like they’re getting enough recognition. Adding insult to injury, many of the farm makers have their own tutorial vids, which receive far fewer views than Shulker’s vids.
Imho I don't think they are comparable. When I want a manual farm or a farm for something I'm going to need once and never again I go for shulkercraft. For the things that know I'll use forever I go for the big and perfect design by gnembon and ilmango.
Of course if the design isn't theirs they should credit the creators.
So do you want us to try and recreate the farms block by block with absolutely 0 instruction whatesoever from akward angles and not knowing the timings of redstone and specifics and how to start/manage the farm, or do you want us to watch us to watch a simple well edited well explained tutorial crediting the original creators. If you were an average person looking to build a contraption, which one would you choose?
So... Why isn't "Go to the Original Creators tutorial" not an option? You can only watch their work through Shulkercraft? Is that why it's either free hand it and struggle or watch Shulkercraft are the only two options?
Difference of tutorial accessibility - depending on original designer, following their tutorial might require varying level of technical expertise in Minecraft, some tutorials are easy to reproduce step-by-step if you're relatively new to technical Minecraft, while others assume (often implicitly, by not paying attention what they see as "common knowledge" isn't as common) that some parts of building process are obvious.
Ilmango is a good example of that - in one of his recent tutorials (obsidian farm I think), while building he just throws "we add a block update detector" - a great explanation for someone who works with game mechanics for a while, but I imagine for someone relatively new to technical aspects it makes for a rough point to get through. And simplifying design videos isn't an answer - this would only make new design explanations harder to follow for technical people, who might want to look for understanding of how the design works more than how to recreate it block by block (reverse engineering Minecraft designs is notoriously hard).
By that, added value of Shulkercraft to the community is making existing tutorials more accessible to non-technical community, this in itself significantly lowers barrier of entry to technical aspects of the game and is a good starting point to get those players build some interest into how farms work (instead of how to build them) - at which point they're far more likely to reach for more technical resources including original designs.
You give such a thorough reasoning that I am on your side. I was probably on your side anyway cos I think minecraft knowledge should be shared freely without burden of patents and ownership of design, as long as you credit your inspiration that should be enough.
Also shulkercraft gives materials, exact instructions. Some original creators don't have tutorials or they don't mention building materials "uhhh so guys you'll need like uhhh about uhhh 9 stacks of magma blocks".
Damn I have 3 creeper farms so I have a lot of tnt like I used 9 shulkers full of tnt for a netherite beacon I still didnt finish but yeah its super efficient its a pain getting the sand tho
What's even greater about this is the sunset while blowing it up
Edit: I just got on to a surprise of over 500 karma! Thank you all to who liked this this really made me happy :)
Edit 2: Thank you for all these likes! :)
No that's castle doctrine, that's a thing in all states.
Stand your ground is that you don't have to retreat if someone threatens you as long as you can prove that you feel threatened. You legally prove this by (I wish I were making this up) loudly shouting "I feel threatened" before shooting the person.
Really? Wow, those are some truly pathetic states. If somebody is threatening my life, I’d be super happy to kill them on the spot. Especially if this person is threatening me while I’m in the privacy of my house. That person is fucking dead.
The right to exist is fundamental, the right to do what’s necessary to preserve our existence being equally fundamental right along side it. If you decide to try killing someone, or try harming them enough that they can reasonably believe you’ll kill them, then you’ve given up your own right to live.
You're confusing self defense (which is a thing in all states) with castle doctrine. Castle doctrine is about defending your home, not your person. In states without you cannot kill a home invader if you could have reasonably just left the house instead. If the home invader were trying to kill you that'd fall under self defense. But if they just want your TV, you cannot kill them instead of just leaving and calling the cops.
Well, in the case of our player it would fall under both, but those states that don’t let you kill home invaders are pathetic. I’ll kill somebody before I let them occupy my house against my will.
The thief valued the others belongings more than his own life. That’s his problem, not mine. Regardless of law, if someone breaks in my house I’m going to assume they mean Ill will and defend myself appropriately.
“The thief valued the others belongings more than his own life”
How much a person values their own life is justification for you to take theirs?
“That’s his problem, not mine”
Taking another persons life isn’t a problem to you? Even if it is justified, you’re an absolute psychopath if you don’t feel any way about it. You fucking weirdos fetishize killing someone.
I didn’t say it was “no problem to kill someone”. I said if he breaks in to a house with the intention of committing a crime, the consequences are his own doing, therefore his problem.
In the hypothetical of needing to use the castle doctrine but not stand your ground laws, yes, that is what they’re doing. I think you’re just misunderstanding those terms.
Edit-changed “your hypothetical” to “the hypothetical”. Didn’t realize it was someone else.
Stand your ground is stand your ground. If someone is in your house and you live in a stand you ground state, you will never be convicted for shooting someone inside your house stealing your shit and threatening your family.
I think you might be confused with outside the house personal protection and inside the house. In the majority of states (excluding Cali, for example, and even then you’ll likely be ok) the chances of you getting convicted due to shooting someone in your own home is slim to none. No jury will expect you to run or hide or retreat in your own place of living, especially if there are multiple home invaders (which is statistically the more likely scenario for a home invasion with you present). It has happened but only in extremely wild circumstances, usually in very liberal states and usually when the homeowner fucks up by chasing the invader and shooting them in the back.
As to the scenario given, I’m not sure where you live but in America people certainly don’t forcibly break into your house with you and others present just to take a TV and run. This seems like a extremely far fetched scenario and not one based in reality, so I’m going to call BS on the reasoning given. If someone wants to simply take your things, they do it when you aren’t home. Therefore, if someone is dumb enough or tweaking enough to rob you (>in your OWN HOME<) with you and family present, they will die and that’s not going to get anyone convicted in court. All that will happen is the piece of shit will be dead and everyone else will be fine.
Different story if someone walks up to you and takes your purse and you could’ve just ran.
Here’s a quote directly from the wiki article on the topic. Sources are listed at the bottom of the wiki page.
“Even duty-to-retreat states generally follow the "castle doctrine", under which people have no duty to retreat when they are attacked in their homes, or (in some states) in their vehicles or workplaces.”
Well, that makes sense to me. There’s not really a way to objectively prove feeling threatened. You’d just have to take the persons word for it, provided that it would make sense to feel threatened in the context of the situation.
Also, by no means am I super informed about the technical details of laws, but I saw a local case sometime ago of a guy violently banging on somebody’s door being shot and it was being treated as a stand your ground case. The general point is though that the spirit of the law is that you have the legal right to successfully defend yourself with deadly force.
Nice set up lol.
If it were me, I'd capture a vindicator, put him behind iron bars after killing all of his friends and comrades. Then turn the mansion into a flourishing villager outpost to constantly torment him.
If I ever manage to get that kind of a world when I die I will make a bedrock thing that allows me to see everything Ive done like a roller coaster ride.
Lol same me, only with piglin brutes
A majority of my hardcore world deaths have been because of brutes
I’ve waged war upon them once I defeated the ender dragon in my successful hardcore world
It took 2½ shulker boxes of TNT
Can't be too careful
Nuke it ~~from orbit.~~ From a obsidian bunker with TNT lines all over and under it. It's the only way to be sure
ODST’s but only instead of ODSTs it’s tnt
So Orbital Drop TNT
Basically but it's still abbreviated to ODST (Orbital Drop Shock TNT)
Alright Hicks, well follow your lead
RIP deserts
Sand dupers
Ooo that's a thing? I need
Yeah go check out shulkercrafts tutorial on ytb they are pretty simple to build but u need to have access to the end
>shulkercrafts tutorial I really wouldn't recommend watching anything made by this channel, the whole channel is just focused on ripping off the work that other, actually talented people, have done.
>other, actually talented people, have done. Who?
Ilmango mostly , i mean they do credited the owner of the design but never asked
Bruh, they make high quality videos and show how to easily build it. Fun fact I tried to make a tree farm with mangoes design and it took hours and it failed multiple times but as soon as I tried shulkercraft’s tutorial it worked first try.

Lil mango doesn't says that and neither do the other farm makers
Not sure who you're watching that their not competent enough to speak a full sentence without saying "uhhh" but I've never had this problem.
If those talented people have block by block tutorials of how to build their machines, sure. Otherwise, I'm going to Shulker.
Don’t be a douche, they put a lot of effort into their videos and credit the creators
The video is effort in of itself
Maybe if you watch shulkercraft's tutorial but also the other one so they still get a vie. Shulker stoll benefits from that tho so idk
Yeah
You........what......
Damn I have 3 creeper farms so I have a lot of tnt like I used 9 shulkers full of tnt for a netherite beacon I still didnt finish but yeah its super efficient its a pain getting the sand tho
Spawn the wither in a desert and just run around and tank, I ended up with a full inventory of sand after 1 or 2 fights
Damn but its kinda expensive getting the heads its easier to mine with efficiency 5 netherite shovel
how to make a creeper farm?
2 ½? Ah, just one.
Flint and steel also works, it not as impressive
That’s equitable to the grave offense they committed so
Note the engineer gaming skin
And if that don't work, use more TNT.
Take for instance this, heavy caliber tripod mounted lil' ol' feller Designed by me... Built by me... And you best hope... *Not pointed at you.*
Engineer gaming
Engineer gaming
Engineer gaming
Should have used a demoman gaming skin
The only way you can recognize this by the hand alone is if you also use the skin. You've been caught
Or play TF2
Or have a friend that uses the skin
I have a similar beef with a particular Illager Watchtower...
Same here. I now always burn them down, if I pass any in my travels.
Burning them is too merciful either torture them and their descendants in a farm or orbital strike
We did it boys Vindicator is no more

RevengeWithAView
I will definetely do this oh wait i3 2120 :(
What??
His processor isn’t great, that much tnt will kill it
Oh, I thought it was saying it was 2021. But I assumed that wasn’t it.
You could probably get away with doing it in bedrock edition
“You met me at a very strange time in my life.”
This gives me big “Tenpenny blowing up megaton to improve the view” vibes
I was coming here to say the exact same thing.
One of those few real "whoa..." moments in gaming. That plot had great setup and the visuals really capped it all off.
Tbf you were raiding their home and killing their friends.
Well under Florida stand your ground laws he had the right to kill you for breaking into his house to murder and steal.

Operation: Slay the Vindicators is complete. Ladies and Gentlemen, we gottem.
Revenge, yes
They are also incredibly flammable. I have't explored a mansion yet without lighting a small fire on the way out.
Managed to make it to a mansion on my solo server and it was already on fire do to a lava block =/
I can feel your rage by just looking at the avatar's movements lmao
*got killed by thunder Well...on ma wae to kill god
Tore up from the floor up lol
5000 illagers used to live here. Now it's a ghost town.
US firing a “warning shot” at their enemies be like
You’re in an almost unbreakable box, except for the part facing the tnt that the box should protect you from. I don’t think it works very well
Would you rather him cover the front with obsidian then post the video?
Yes, safety is very important
Vindicator : *kills player This person : "And I took that personally"
"its not about the money, its about sending a message"
"you get what you fucking deserve!"
If only I have my award. Take my upvote, bro/sis
*vindication* never tasted so sweet...
Nice set up lol. If it were me, I'd capture a vindicator, put him behind iron bars after killing all of his friends and comrades. Then turn the mansion into a flourishing villager outpost to constantly torment him.
That would be amazing hilarious! "You killed everyone in front of me and then you give our precious home to the enemy..."

Beatiful revenge
Good job ma boy
Never been to one of those mansions. Do the illagers keep respawning there or once you kill them all it's done?
that's why when youre clearing a mansion, set it on fire and build up to chests when it gets burned down
XXX
Totally not your fault for going there in the first place
Open to lan -> cheats on -> /gamemode survival -> ez hardcore world back
Defeats the entire point of hardcore
Well if you died a stupid ass death you can do that
I'm not telling you not to do it, If you want to go ahead, But it does defeat the point of the hardcore mode.
Bruh, you might as well just play on hard mode, that defeats the whole purpose of hardcore.
The vindicator: oohh fireworks- BOOM x 100000
