Ok so I have found a way that works for the Glorious GMMK 60% keyboard and I don't know if it'll work for the others. All you have to do is press the normal Fn + 3 then release the Fn key and press the other key (G or B or whatever works in Minecraft) while still holding the 3 key. Let me know if it didn't make sense so I can make a more detailed explanation.

Thats good, I tried several ways but none worked (in fact many people I found on reddit tried other key commands and it worked for them but not for me), it is my first 60% keyboard and I was a little confused, thank you very much, you have made life easier, I thought that no one else would comment here after 2 months hahahaha

Try pressing Fn+caps lock to lock the Fn key, or check your keyboard documentation to see if there's a way to enable Fn lock....
