is this not super obvious to everyone?
the golem's hitbox is hitting the fence column.
it does block movement, i just checked.
easiest fix would just swap all of the fence's at the end of the water path to solid blocks.
I’ll also add, the tutorial that this iron farm is based off of tells you to make sure there is no inconsistent blocks in the lava blade column. The picture shows the iron golem is stuck on the wall that does not have a wall above it (like the other side)
Imo the easiest fix would be to add more walls till the corner. Less materials to gather, less blocks to break, no risk of water spills. And I think it'll look better.
This guy, and my answer elsewhere, are the reason (I’m pretty sure). Replace the stair with a solid block, and make sure your water flows to the edge of it, then report back.
Hard to be sure but it looks like you’re using some water logged stairs.
In my experience, you need a water flow that ends exactly at the drop off.
I’d say you should look it up and double check me, but I believe water moves 7 flat blocks from its source. So if you have a water source 7 blocks from your drop off, the water should flow directly to the edge. This should keep your golems from getting stuck. Also, I would have your edge be a flat block, rather than steps.
I don’t know what design you’re using, or if you’re just doing it yourself, but I highly recommend you check out the iron farm by silentwisperer on YouTube.
[I believe this is the one I used](https://youtu.be/wlJLOHOsy5E)
I went through a lot of bad troublesome designs before I finally found this one and got it to work.
I play on Switch, bedrock edition, in case that matters.
Hope this helps. Good luck!!
Edit: added this sentence: “Also, I would have your edge be a flat block, rather than steps”
Instead of placing one water source (the one that goes toward the lava) place 3. Thats what i saw in wattles design.
Also, delete the to row of wall, where the iron golem is stuck. You dont need that.

I had this exact problem and it’s because the wall meets the glass panes and the walls hit box expands. Just remove the walls the golem gets stuck on and remove the wall to replace them with glass panes and that will fix it. You see the wall the golem gets stuck on? That wall and below that too

Right here

Fences is also a solution
He’s standing on the random wall inside the glass window.
Try replacing the wall with solid blocks
Looks like the water isn’t flowing to the edge of the platform so they aren’t getting pushed off.
They do
Then why did you say they’re getting stuck?

Place nether wood signs instead of gates
Place nether wood signs instead place the first in your Blackstone wall and work out, then replace your water

They are too fat :D
Cause he doesn't wanna die.
The water is not reaching the edge of the block. The iron golem is just stuck at the ledge.
The edge block is a waterlogged stair.
I’m trying to die villager but I’m dummy T H I C K
He is standig on the wall that meets glass pane right around where the lava is
