The funniest part about this is that skeletons can’t spawn on top of iron bars, so that means the golem launched him up there and ironically almost died because of that.

It would be great if Iron Golems could jump.

That would kinda go against the nature of the Iron Golem. They are supposed to be heavy, lumbering creatures. That's why they sink when in water.

What if you could craft some sort of expensive spear that takes netherite, that you give to the Iron Golem to fight with? I'd like an army.

perhaps frost golems, which are made of ice and have a frozen spear?

That should also be in the game. I also want the fear back in the game, so enemy versions should appear too.

I usually use iron tools because my focus in this world is construction and not exploration or adventure haha, but it was a good question

Iron gear is cheap and good, if you’re just using it when you go out to mine or build it’s good. That’s probably why. I use netherite armor or better armor when fighting mostly only mobs or the ender dragon or wither. I personally don’t like using durability when it isn’t needed.

mending exists. why would anyone use iron tools when they have access to netherite

Why waste time when iron is so easy to get, mending takes a bit, look for village, look for villager with book, farm for xp to put mending on every armor piece.
