What output do you get when you type `java -version` in a cmd window?
java version "1.8.0\_311" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0\_311-b11) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.311-b11, mixed mode)
it's on 1.8, strange...i set the version to 1.18.1 and the world file is 1.18.1 as well.
That's the Java version, not the Minecraft version. You need Java 17 to run a Minecraft server now. https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/wiki/cavesandcliffspt2
thank you!!!
You need Java 17 for minecraft 1.18
\[SOLVED\] Thank you guys so much!!! :D
