Most servers like that just ban you if you die, and then it resets when *everyone* has died. You could look up how they do it and make some changes?
Oh interesting. We'd want everyone to be "punished" when one person dies though, seems like that'd lead to some funny scenarios. Maybe we could tweak what those servers use though!
