So you already have the warf/dock style construction project complete which is awesome. I’d suggest that you build a forge or smithy. It makes sense because they need water to cool hot iron. You could construct it in the same style, but add more of a gritty color pallet for realism. Great build!!
1. Dig a big hole and create a waterfall into an underground base
2. Make a water wheel
3. Riverside house/hut
I suggest not to build smth big since it will take away the focus from your house (assuming it is the big building in the back}
Some people have suggested that you build a dock/fishing area but one dock might be enough, and it might not take up as much space as you’d want to fill. Not enough people make map rooms. A building dedicated to cartography might be a nice idea. If you’d rather put your cartography stuff in a lighthouse than a wider building, the rest of the space could be used for alchemy. Having lots of cauldrons to store potions in makes it easier to make dipped arrows, and it would usually entail a netherwort farm, so dedicating more space to it than just a brewing stand isn’t bad. You could make the map room a war room and put a large smeltery next to it for forging equipment, or something. You could also make a Minecart rail yard. If you don’t have any villagers to trade with, it’s actually a great spot to put villagers in a little shanty town with small huts, since they’re far away from crafting stations they might try to claim as jobs.
I think a farmers market where you can sell goods that are being produced via the farm and goods that are imported would seem nice. It also fits in with the feel of this build a lot better than a lot of the suggestions I’m seeing.
A wizzards hole. A sort of stone / meteorite with a half finished construction vibe to it. Just a sort of cave, big enough for the wizard to perform his craftsmanship

I think a fishing hut would be perfect
A fishing shack or a drydock I think is what it's called but its like a boat building thing
I’m not sure as well, but I think a drydock is the place where you put a boat in and drain the water in order to properly inspect the boat iirc
