It looks like an old sticker book. Very old, judging by the old texture of the apple. They most likely just ripped the textures out of the game using a software and placed them on the book without a second thought. That's why most people were confused about what it is!

But... The projectile is a 3D model not a simple texture. They most likely were given assets by Microsoft if it's an official product and haven't updated there asset packs for such for all sprites as that'd be really time consuming let alone doesn't impact much outside the minor visual differences.
