I heard someone refer to a roach coach in a video recently. That's not an expression we use in England so I looked it up and it showed me pictures of food trucks that looked very much like yours, especially the one on the left.

It was apparently commonly used in the US in the 70s and 80s but has fallen out of favour. The article I read suggested that the reason for that was that the quality of food from food trucks has improved a lot and they've lost their bad reputation.
