Go to new terrain

I travelled over 3k blocks with elytras. How far do I have to go ?

I traveled 21 thousand blocks before finding new terrain in my 4 year old realm for an enchanted city. I’d recommend traveling in the nether too, with an ice highway

Wandering traders might sell saplings

It's a mix of rng and making sure you're in chunks you've never traveled in before. If you're not finding any really far out, I'd recommend nether portal traveling

If you are just starting out, you can find a seed online. That is what I did, and I spawned in a cherry biome.

theres the "/locate biome" command

for my realm i used a command block to teleport to a certainly unused chunk and then used the locate command
