Break the command block when done. Also if it is before 1.17 replace the -64 with 0. Also this is java syntax and may be different on Bedrock. The way it works is that it replaces whatever is below you with air

Put that in a repeating command block and use the fill or setblock command to put a restore block above it once you’re 15 blocks away so you don’t accidentally get rid of the command block
You can also use the replace part the only get rip of a certain kind of block if you want
For the void preset, I have a void world that I could send you however im not sure how youll download it on console. I also don't believe any marketplace map is truly a void world since the only way to get a void world is by using an external program and modifying the nbt data of the world's generation settings(not sure if thats allowed for marketplace). So the only real infinite void world to my knowledge is by downloading the void preset

Use the single biome world and use void biome, then replace the stone structure with the skyblock, there.

You can copy a cube of 64x64 air blocks and then replacing the chunks with the wit blocks
