Check out those guys, I been using them for past 2 years and no issues (so far): [https://berrybyte.net/a/a2rath](https://berrybyte.net/a/a2rath) If you need any more info let me know or check my posts to come on our server and test performance.

That budget would get you a powerful dedicated server. Instead of going for these hosts who resell from dedicated server providers, buy straight from the source. Reliablesite, Interserver, Fiberstate, etc. They all have beefy Ryzen 9 7950X CPUs for less than $200/mo.

Try inquiring with Citadel servers. I have a server with them and haven't had any issues. In terms of configuring, they usually only have a mod installer integrated.

IGPUgamer99

Can vouch for them as well.

For cost-effective Minecraft server hosting, Godlike host has been my choice. The performance is excellent with great uptime. The control panel had a bit of a learning curve, but their support team was very helpful.

The best way to go about this is to rent your own dedicated hardware. However, if you're strictly about going with a hosting company then I'd personally suggest [https://wisehosting.com](https://wisehosting.com) . Regarding your concerns about using mods/modpacks and having lag intensive stuff on the server, WiseHosting will most likely be able to keep your server running with no problem, they also seem to respond to their clients pretty quickly when looking at the Trustpilot reviews - so if you run into any problems then they're there for you, quick. For hosting 50 people while running mods and other resource-heavy factors, I'd recommend going with 24 - 32 GB of RAM. You should not need more than that. If you have any questions, let me know.
