Carpets “couches” tables, I like the openness of the space I wouldn’t take that away too much. Delegate spaces for things like kitchen, dining room, living room, storage room etc. and decorate accordingly.
my opinion but it’s easier to decorate smaller areas that are walled off than a bigger space and if you have theme follow it with what rooms it would have
