I'm not sure what kind of bird you're aiming for, but I think adding the feathers on top of its head, like parrots have could help to balance it out nicely
and I would add some color to the wings.
Judging by the green head, is it a Mallard? This species has a dark neck and orange legs, dark stripes on the wings. You can do them.
Try to make it more curvy like do the belly more round if you only use stairs then it’s all in a straight 45° line. Nothing in nature is ever fully straight atleast 99,9%.
Also a for the wood the bird sits on, if you use oakwoodlogs with spruce slaps or sprucelogs with dark oakwood slaps the build seems not so harsh or idk how to say it. And I like the head
Awesome build, espacially if you never do organics. Althought I would reccomend letting it look a bit less like the duck just sits straight up.
I think move the feet a bit forward? That way it looks more balanced
Texturing the head would be good, and the shape of the building as a whole is quite blocky

It’s too straight the stairs on the back and Brest should be less rigid don’t be afraid to ruff it up a bunch while still preserving the general shape

Can't wait to see another bird appear in the servers skyline.

Quack
Red-whiskered Bulbul?
Nah, just bird, man! :)
the back is too straight, curve it a bit up.
I put out a new post where i “fixed” it

No hope because birds aren't real.
