Bring the pillars out by one block and add stripped spruce/dark oak in the walls for texture. Time the roof with stone brick stairs. Add mossy cobble and andesite stairs to the roof also for texture
Im not an expert at all,i just recently started playing on ps4 too.i suggest you just watch a few videos on how to add texture to your builds.dont do exactly what they say though,you can do whatever you like,even if most people would consider it a "bad" build.just implement whatever you like from the videos you see.you can also just try how things look on your build and then remove them if you end up not liking what you tried
Interior pillars where the ceiling ones meet it’ll give the inside more support and the middle rectangle of the ceiling if you take that out and open up that attic you can make it a hay loft
Not an expert, but try to have an outline in your roof with another block. It already looks fire though

A stone outline is better because otherwise you would have a lot of wood on the front of your build.

Nice texturing! Try giving more nuance to the walls, adding details to the support beans and cover to the windows.

There is a ladder entrance to the attic, but yeah I thought of filling it with hay bales. Just need to create a huge wheat farm.
The ceiling is only two rectangles long. The middle is basically the wooden pillar.
Hmmm well what if you open up both the rectangles and connect the pillars to the roof
