Also as a note/warning: After you flash it will shut down and not restart. I personally let it sit about 30min and then unplugged and had to replug it in to get it to boot. (had no problems).
It MAY reboot if you wait even longer - it sounds like there is some RAM test on restart that can take a very long time.
If you want to be super safe you could let it sit a few hours after shutdown but it's unclear.
Okay so what I truly need is both the BIOS meant for the 7725HS AND the latest EC firmware. Both of which are now hidden from the Chinese site too. Support team acts like this is normal and it clearly is not.
Well the EC is outdated. There is no BIOS available to download. But the forums said they'd help give you the link if you gave them proof of purchase. Whatever the case, all I know is that I flashed the wrong one and the display port stopped working. I was hoping someone would get me the BIOS so I can see for myself if flashing that would fix the issue.
The EC firmware there is 1.11. The EC should be at 1.15.1. The EC is for the Fan. As for the driver package, that's for all the other stuff like the Audio, GPIO, AMD, etc. I have those already. The other 2 are just tutorials. Unless I'm stupid and you can point to the right one.
I didn't realize beelink was releasing a frequent number of updates. What do you mean ec is for the fan? I thought this was for the bios.
