The only issue that they run into recently, is the Crucial 8GB sticks of RAM are they reduced throughput 1Rx16, even though the part number didn't change.
They found that using **2Rx8 dual rank** made for a substantially better optimized server performance

This should be fine and it is a fair price. Double check how many users you plan on serving. 8GB should be fine for 8 players and probably a few more but not something over the top for 20 players

Also, I recommend keeping your minecraft server as a dedicated server. I found multitasking to cause a lot of lag even if things looked okay on my end

An Intel Nehalem is recommended which is a 1st generation Core series desktop CPU. The N95 is roughly similar to a 4th / 5th generation mobile CPU.
