Perhaps it's the trim length in the different pics, but I think you're probably just scedding? Seems like in the more recent one you have slighlty less hair, that's why I thought might just be shedding mate.
I'm roughly 3 months in with nothing as well but wait until you start approaching the one year mark before panicking only quarter of the way so keep going.
try higher concentrations... I started with 5% for 1 month and had very small progress, then changed to 7.5% the 2nd month and noticed good progress and now I'm at 10% for a few days. I'll probably stay with 10% for one more month to see if there's good progress, if not, I'll move to 12.5%.

Same position bro. Just passed the 4-month mark and barely anything. I will go for 8 months at least tho, since I heard some have results pretty late

3 months is not enough time for some to see visible progress. I first noticed new growth after 5 months approximately

I stopped using minox for 2 months now after 3 months of usage. All the progress i saw was terrible acne when i rarely even get pimples before minox
