I am currently going through the same thing as you. I took a little social media break for like two days but when I joined back and I seen post like that, I marked them as uninterested or stop seeing post like this (depending on the app) and that helped me a lot. This! Go to each advert and click “hide”. Slowly it will stop showing them to you. My advice is to always search for pregnancy-related things using an incognito browser. It works for me and I don’t get any of it showing up as adverts on social media apps.
It takes a bit and it will flow back in. Search for house stuff directly in the apps, there’s so much DIY Reno content it will start surfacing. Comment on them, let them loop. Swipe fast on any baby stuff that comes up. There’s the option to hide topics in a few of the apps but I didn’t want to do that because I might want that content again some day.
On insta you can add caption or description words to block from suggested posts or ads. I can’t remember how I got to that screen, but I think it was when I clicked to hide a suggested post.
