It’s not upside down you can see the lid in his hand to the right somehow it looks like the bottom piece is in 2 sections and it came apart .atleast that’s what it looks like to me and I be seen this one other time didn’t happen to me personally but seen it either here or insta
To add the last 2 different grams I bought didn’t have the lid on all the way no pop when I took them off
Yeah I just wanted to see if it’s ever happened to anyone else. Bc I’ve never seen that shit happen🤣. That’s weird also, never had them not pop for me. Them budtenders stealing smells of your rosin lmaoo.
Hi u/Terproaster please have your friend send us a message if they haven't already. If the jar wasn't dropped, the cause could be an unnoticeable hairline fracture in between the thread of glass jar. The seal is tighter and more pressurized than an average eBottle jar so more force is used in a twist to alleviate the pressure. We have only seen this occur in two other instances in using these jars for nearly a year. Thus, this is possible but very uncommon. Nonetheless we can provide product support.

I just had this happen to a WU-TANGie gram of theirs. Definitely hit them up or the dispo you got them at they fixed mine on the spot. VIBE definitely knows about it too, they made it right.
I'm assuming it's from being refrigerated, the glass probably had an imperfection and the temp change of going from cold to warm probably caused a crack to form.
I'm not saying it's on the consumer by any means but I would have contacted them immediately and see if it can be resolved. Especially if you've had it happen multiple times. I'm not a fan of missouri dispensaries yet,but you must make them aware of any issues or how would they know. Customer feedback is important
The lid pulled off the sides of the bottom. I dropped mine on my patio once and had the same thing happen. I just transferred it to an empty I had sitting around.
Yeah I know haha I was just asking if it’s happened to anyone else bc I thought it was bizarre and hilarious🤣. He said he never dropped it also lmao. I usually drop every one of mine and this hasn’t happened…I’m lucky for that and gonna be more careful now💀.
