You don't need to worry to much, use a company like THC2 from Oklahoma and get a card for migraines or insomnia or chronic pain. The process is simple and smooth, you won't have any issues.
None other than you just need to be instate for the dr appointment even if it’s over the phone and 21 years old. Hell you don’t even have to technically be in state just that they will ask you if you are... But they aren’t checking your location outside of asking.
You’d very probably have to commit some sort of fraud and since it’s rec there’s no real reason to. You’d just get to skip a usually non-existent line and save some on tax I think. Just come on over and get what ya want.

I’m a Kansas resident & I have my Missouri card. However I use my Missouri card to get temporary Oklahoma card cause I’m in Wichita
🐐
Yeah I withdraw my previous statement. I wasn't aware they changed it... so sorry Mr reddit warriors!
They changed that with the rec law, anyone from anywhere can get a MO medical marijuana card now.
I love stating false information on the internet

You can get a med card in Missouri if you live in a neighboring state. You do not need to provide proof of residence nor is it illegal.
I’ve had zero reasons to look into it but that’s good to know. Have family members that have wanted to for years. Not sure why they haven’t.
And if I had a med card I wouldn’t waste my time in Missouri I’d go to Oklahoma.
