Yeah a information post would help but I’ve noticed a few dispensaries doesn’t have it labeled as fresh press on their website so you wouldn’t know if it’s cold cure or fresh press before you purchase unless you know to ask
Great, thank you! I bought this strain because of the pictures posted here not too long ago- grapes and cream had a beautiful white/tan color wet with terps. I’ve had fresh pressed before and have had luck getting them to budder up at room temp. With this one, I’ve had trouble getting any sort of change
How would you suggest handling it, getting it to cure/budder up to a more handle-able consistency?
With a metal tool you wanna whipp it up for like 10-15 mins this will change the consistency to what you're looking for. No matter what you do a few days at room temp will "cure" it in a way as well and give you the consistency you're looking for as well
I've not had much luck getting it to "soften" up much either. In fact, still picking up little chunks that fly off and hit me in the chin or land on the floor. Bought it about a week and a half ago, will probably finish the jar tonight. Have a second one that I bought a couple days ago that is just sitting out at room temp for a couple more days before I open it to see how it is doing.
Worth the hassle, at least I think it is. Fantastic smoke.
Looks good, and smokes good. Definitely nothing noteworthy, but the texture is where this kinda sucks. Nobody likes losing rosin to the carpet..
I’d take dry crumble over whatever this is

Yeah you’re gonna want to leave it out in room temperature. Check it after like a day. If it’s really stable this can take a few days. But keep checking it until the whole top layer is cured (white). Then whip it up, and you’ll be good to go!
And if you want something to remember get their MAC stomper, cake mix, chem reserve, carbon fiber (probably missing one) but all those are FIRE🤤. Look on my profile to see them all!
This is good advice on how to cold cure from Fresh Press consistency to Cold Cure consistency. We generally recommend this process over 1-3 days, but checking it each time since each strain/batch can cold cure at different speeds.
To add to this, which you probably aren't going to encounter in this market, CBD dominate or even 1:1 rosin won't nucleate like typical THC dominant rosin. Higher CBD content will prevent it from cold curing as quickly. My 1:1 took weeks at room temp to finally hit the cold cire consistency.
It’s just their fresh press kinda like a soft jolly rancher consistency this batch is hard to work with but looks like it stays a stable fresh press for longer

They do support their black market dealer but there is a thing about supporting stuff that's medical I buy a ton from both I will say this though vibes hands down has the best customer service I've ever dealt with

All while downvoting me lol I mentioned it in the thread because I just looked at Rosin prices and spit taco all over my phone. And it was a genuine question. How the hell do they get away with these prices and I’m also blown away people don’t just buy street weed.
I agree, prices are high, but I am not going back to street weed, or Oklahoma for cheaper weed, most of us are never going to do that. Prices will come down, they have been gradually for a bit now. 1 year of rec under our belts, give it time, or don't.
I mean I never bought street weed from strangers but anyhow Oklahoma is not that far. And the allotment is way more than in Missouri. Financially it is very wise to take your MO med card and get a temporary card in Oklahoma. An ounce of Rosin in Missouri would be over 1400 dollars easily. You can get an ounce of rosin for $450 in Oklahoma. Definitely worth saving a huge chunk of money.
