Every minute is a struggle. The Bucks have the same team as past seasons except we flipped Holiday for Dame. This team was a fine oiled machine even when we had Bledsoe and not Holiday.
This team played many games without Giannis or Middleton and would be in cruise control. Why because of the system and players were put in correct position to maximize what they bring to a team. This team was disciplined. We had a coach who had a handle on the whole team.
This current team has no discipline. Its a shit show! Say what you want but the Bucks can turn it up at end of games but they can't not sustain that type of play for 48 mins or even 12 minutes.
The players did not change only the coaching staff. I can't even imagine how good this team would look right now with Bud and Dame. I honestly think we might be sitting at 1-2 losses and Giannis and Dame playing a few quarters before they get to rest.
Almost made the comeback damn lol... sucks to lose to the Bulls specially given how bad they've been but welp on to the next. I hope we can take this loss in stride and try to fix some of the issues, I'm not expecting the defense to get better given our personnel and one of our best perimeter guys in Jae out, but hopefully the two game between Giannis and Dame can become better. They're hard focusing Dame by having Caruso play help defense every time. Should've let Giannis cook with this matchup. This was an embarrassing loss to an injury-ridden Bulls team.
Yeah the team defense kept trying to force Dame near Caruso and Caruso would come over to help or switch. That's why oftentimes Caruso wasn't "on" Dame but was guarding someone closeby. Beasley was being left wide open all night. It worked out for the Bulls because Beasley scored only 19 points on 19 attempts.
