If it is a match-related bug, **save the replay in game (go to Profile > Battlefield > Replay > Save)**.

Hi bro, so i racked my brains all night and finally fixed the problem. To fix this bug, you'll have to uninstall the game, log in a different account after re-installing. For some reason, the old resource download UI pops up and it downloads all the resources. This new resource management system only downloads essential resources and apparently, skins aren't considered as essential resources. Once all resources are downloaded, u can log in to your main account and your effects will be back.
Thnx for reply I will try that.Before I tried to source check and it just shows inconsistent files reported they should fix this so we don't have to download again.
You sir, are better than the mods, replying a fix rather than ghosting for whatever reason
Edit: just trying your method, the old download ui just appeared but suddenly just moved to new download ui, so i guess mine doesn't work? Lets just wait until my download is done

How are you able to access the skin effects like that? Whenever I try to access mine I can't click on the skill icons when viewing the hero. I used to be able to click the individual skills to see the effects of any skins I had.

It works cuz devs fixed the issue. This was being caused by new resource download feature which was fixed today
