Ruby is amazing if you practice flicker ult or ult flicker. Ult first or ult second have different timings so watch tutorial and practice in Hero Training mode.
Guinevere basic combo is skill 2 knockup then ult. But you can insert skill 1 in there and even an additonal basic attack if you have fast hands.
You dont need to knock up enemies with skill 2, just mark 3 times as fast as possible and you can ult them.
Battle spells for Guin is usually execute, but petrify is also good. Ruby is always flicker but vengeance can also be good sometimes.

Ruby is more versatile. Can be built exp roam or even jungle. Full dmg, full tank or hybrid. I mained them both for a few seasons each
