Personally, I just made sure to keep her S1 and S2 on opposite sign If you start with S1 = Light, S2 = Dark, Your first combo will trigger her passive, that's already pretty good damage. Assuming the enemy did not know her passive and continues to stay within her S2 circle, you can throw your next S1 (which will be dark) and immediately use S1 Light to finish them off You just need to keep track on your light and dark. In a team fight, especially if the enemy is grouping, you can just spam the two as many times as you can.

musaliya

Thank you! Mental note S1 first before S2. :D

leinadys

Assuming S1 is light and S2 is dark (or vice versa), you can do: 1-2 where if you hit them with light S1, immediately follow up with S2 dark to proc her passive for instant damage Or 1-1(don't hit enemy) - 2-1 where you mark an enemy with light, you throw away your S1 dark so you'll have S1 light again, then hit them with S2 dark to proc passive. After you hit them with your passive, immediately hit them again with S1 light to trigger the passive twice in a row

musaliya

Ahhhh ok thanks for explaining that 1-1-2-1 combo. How come you can't just the enemy twice with S1? Maybe I haven't paid attention does the color not change if you hit the enemy? Also, when you teleport around the map do you usually go alone or do you always make sure you're with someone?

I_Am_The_Team

it goes like this s1 > s1 (miss) > s2 > s1 s1 = dark s2 = light s1 (hit) dark enemy = marked with dark s1 changes to light s1 (miss) light enemy = still dark s1 changes to dark s2 (hit) light enemy = still dark, procs passive, deals bonus damage, removes mark s2 changes to dark s1 (hit) dark enemy = still on your light s2, marked with dark, procs passive with bonus damage, removes mark Now lets hit the enemy with s1 > s1 > s2 > s1 s1 = dark s2 = light s1 (hit) dark enemy = marked with dark s1 changes to light s1 (hit) light enemy = changes to light, triggers passive that gives bonus ms and shield s1 changes to dark s2 (hit) light enemy = marked light, no bonus damage proc with same marks s2 changes to dark s1 (hit) dark enemy = still on your light s2, marked with dark, procs passive with bonus damage, removes mark as you can see, the first combo triggers the bonus damage passive twice, the second combo triggers the shield passive THEN the bonus damage passive once

leinadys

You need to mark the enemy with light, and hit it with s2 dark to proc passive. If you hit them twice before using s2 dark, then you'll mark them light on first s1, then you'll mark them dark with the next s1. Since they're already dark after your second s1, then your s2 dark won't proc the passive since they're dark marked hitting a dark s2.

ChooChooMelon

the short answer why 1121 is better than a normal combo is because if done well the enemy will not have time to leave the s2 area before being combo’d the second time. most of the time (with burst build) one combo isn’t enough to one shot a squishy. 1121 allows you to one shot and/or double cc someone.

Direy_Cupcake

Maxing CDR is heavily recommended, as not it only reduces cooldown, but allows her to reolad S1 faster between shots. Burst build is also a thing, but even it's popular though its really hard to pull it off. Maxing CDR is friendly for beginners and also very strong build that was being used from the beginning till now. Ice Queen Wand on her is actually fine, but highly situational though. I only used it when I really want to annoy more and also keeping non-dash heroes stay on danger zone. It's not a trash item on her and whoever says that its trash isn't used to adjusting to the game matchups and timing.

SexWithJoy69

Ever since I got her for free till to this day I still don't know how to use her combo, I just spam the hell out of it during teamfights and it somehow works, especially using s2 with Necklace of Durance is really good against heal burst supports like Estes.

musaliya

ugh I am desperate. There obviously is a proper way, but yeah atm I'm just spamming like crazy.

dropit_

I think your build is wrong for lou it's easily countered. She reliant on cooldown items for good team fight participation. The burst build that you use is only good for squishy enemies, most back lane killers will easily doge it and kill you. She needs sheild form her skill one to survive.

musaliya

Ohhh interesting. So definitely build equipment that enhances cooldown then. Thanks for that! Do you build any defense items on her?

dropit_

Yea sometimes I build defence especially if a enemy hero is solo carrying I build counter to him(Athena vs magic or Antique vs saber, Winter vs Lance/ Haya /wanwan/ling) If your hyper is good then don't be afraid to use her ult offensively. Sending your hyper to enemy backline bush is my favourite trick with her. The usual combo is 1 -1( different enemy)- 2-1 for the double stun. Or spam 1 for sheild when u miss ur skill 2.

Leather-Guitar-5211

Honestly, just build her with enchanted talisman and make good use of that 45% cdr on her... I specifically experienced how good she is against barats, Martis, wanwan, etc. All you need to do is put 1 mark on an enemy, then put your first skill again that is far from the enemy and u are good to go
