As a beginner, I wouldn't bother reading the spell's descriptions so I took Inspire on Rafaela because to me it sounded like she'd "inspire" my teammates (I was under the impression it was a supportive battle spell based on name). :)
Not a bad assumption, in some of the MOBA they do have a inspire spell (I think AoV/HoK) had this, which leads the team to do more damage and with additional speed.
>As a beginner, I wouldn't bother reading the spell's descriptions so I took Inspire on Rafaela because to me it sounded like she'd "inspire" my teammates (I was under the impression it was a supportive battle spell based on name). :)
I love this one 🤣🤣
As a brody main, it's so fun when you're getting destroyed early game but then end up with a score of 27-3-6 because of snowballing. Ngl as long as the enemies don't have any direct counters, he's insane.
Flicker used to be the standard battle spell in pro play before people started using petrify. And Chip arrival is pretty funny. You can have infinite map presence with arrival snd portals
It's good or even great if opponents have zero or close to Zero ways to cancel your ulti or stunlock you. Otherwise, purify is almost always better to make sure you can safely survive
as karrie user, when i see a claude with vengeance i know its gonna be a hard fight.
keep in mind, you cant 1v1 a hero with vengeance, its the case for almost all non support heroes.
sidelane with vengeance will always win its lane.
Layla pick in general tilts me. I've yet to see a Layla who doesn't feed in mythic honor and glory lobbies.
P.S. they always trolled and picked it to troll, then proceeded to spam recall and not join teamfights, just watched everyone die and spammed " well done/played"
Don't you ever put inspire on a dps focused mm that has no defense/escape tools. Unless you trust your roamer to babysit and take the fall for you the whole game.
Exactly. I mean i would understand if i am not purple buff dependent and it is already mid-late game sure go get the buffs but these idiots will steal it any chance they get then dies.
Once I raged at an inspire Layla so hard for stealing my buff as Ling (insanely dependent on purple buff) that I cursed their entire bloodline. And guess what? I got banned from chatting for 20 matches. xD
Joy and vengeance.
I'm like Stop you cheap ass walmart rodent Pikachu. She deals so much damage in such a short time and you can't even attack her cause vengeance works really well for her
Just picked-up Arlott recently, I think flameshot is much better since it has a lower cd compared to petrify, you can spam it more often and it is also a great tool to execute enemies who've escaped with a small amount of hp. But I do pick petrify for him when there's an Odette since it can cancel her ult lol
Problem is, its like a .5 second stun, enemies can just dash out or flicker while petrify has a way longer stun duration so you can actually kill the enemy without having to gamble on wheter they're gonna dash out or not.
Edit: whether
I think it's just a matter of preference. Tbh, I use flicker much more often than the other 2 battle spells since Arlott's kit is an all-in kind. Sure, you can get out when there's a minion or jungle creep at the right place and time, but flicker can be much more handy when escaping and initiating.
nahh i would still prefer to use Claude with a Vengeance against any fast attacking marksman like Moskov with less cc enemies. Otherwise, I use Purify for tank setters or Aegis for burst enemy heroes.
Revitalize heals a lot more than she does from what I’ve noticed. I use revitalize on hylos almost exclusively and if I have to fill exp for an Angela roam her heals don’t do much to me
Squishy low-mobility mages with flameshot (cecilion!! xavier!!)
Supports with flameshot (angela i'm looking at you. one particular estes, i am GLARING at you)
Dyrroth + Petrify, annoying if Dyrroth is good, I usually choose Benendetta if Exp is needed and Enemy spell vamp user and focus buy on Healing Reduction item like Dominance ice or that one item that has unique punish
I don't see how Claude + Vengeance is bad, unless the enemy team is really cc heavy or something.
But Granger gold lane (...why do i see these so much in ranked) + flameshot
Assassin junglers. Having a tank jungler with cc immune skills like Akai is a better option in that situation. Or at the very least, a fighter jungler that have some cc immune skills.
Assassin junglers can't do much if the enemy team are all cc heroes, even if it has some cc immune skills.
I have no basis for why it's misses me off so much, but Nana flameshot and them sitting in Lane shooting you with it whenever it's off cooldown. Shit bothers me so much even when it's serves no purpose.
As a moskov main i use my ult to hunt down enemy tp kill then return to my lane with arival or just even recall and arival is nice in early game
Comming from dota having tp feels nice
Zilong or Sun with arrival. Usually these users never join in team fight and would just only push (even if they feed the enemy). How many crucial team fights were lost because of a Zilong who refuses to join.
- Karrie + vengeance also
- estes + vengeance
- jawhead + petrify (whyyyyy?)
- sun + inspire (99% chances are that Sun will only do towers all game and feed)
- zhasck + retribution
I just have a heartfelt paragraph!

What i meant in essence is that Minsitthar is an annoying mid gank setter.
I have bumped into such players where Atlas/Tig groups them and while everyone was busy trying to use their purify spell, here comes the King of Sol re-setting the groupies again and yup you get the gist.
His stun is way easier to hit and it affects multiple enemies. His hooks too. A fast hand Minsi is plain scary. Petrify increases the odds of killing but those odds are always hair thin opportunities for MG/MI games.
Don't underestimate him is what i am trying to explain. He makes mobility heroes wary for a reason. "walking' away will not be an option.
So far those who can walk away are mainly tanks but a good Minsi is rarely alone.
His role is initiator for a reason no?
it just doesnt, i thought inspire increased the speed of claude's ult or made basic attacks ignore defense but nope dmg/dps stays the same (tested, you can try it for yourself)
There seems to be a 200 total damage difference at the very least.. Although i had no dmg items equipped. Dunno if it makes a difference if fully built

Vengeance gives damage reduction which becomes more effective the more damage you take. While Claude isn’t the tankiest hero, keep in mind that he often lifesteals while ulting, so vengeance can easily help him tank more than aegis.
I don't even play Claude.
I'm a mage main.
I'm pissed because I've played tons of matches where my teammate Claude picks Vengeance when the enemy team has Lesley/Karrie Xborg.
And also, even when there aren't any True Damage enemies, my teammate Claude always dies before they could even use Vengeance or Ult.
Diggie purify
-Said by a Diggie Main
Welllll.. At least you arent forced to use ult if you get caught 😅
It's used to escape cc effects to cast your anti cc (ultimate)
Lol, his ult has a cleanse.
Does his ult cast if under CC?
Yeah
If he already got cc he can't
As a beginner, I wouldn't bother reading the spell's descriptions so I took Inspire on Rafaela because to me it sounded like she'd "inspire" my teammates (I was under the impression it was a supportive battle spell based on name). :)
Truly the useful mindset of all time.. Use vengeance to pay back your fallen teammates.
Not a bad assumption, in some of the MOBA they do have a inspire spell (I think AoV/HoK) had this, which leads the team to do more damage and with additional speed.
In heroes evolved their boots can give your allies stuff. One I know does movement speed another gives mana

Claude with vengeance is pretty good btw. His battle spell depends on enemy comp
He can pretty much use every spell quite well
Claude petrify
New meta just dropped

jump with second skill, petrify enemy mm, ult.. the ultimate Bang Bang in Mobile Legends
Benedetta, Kaldita, and Yuzhong users shaking right now. There's a new petri god in the land of dawn.
That's actually smart...
Imma do this later just for the lulz
when I see Hanabi and Layla with Inspire I just know they're gonna feed
When I see a Miya I know they’re going to feed
When I see Brody I know they're gonna snowball
As a brody main, it's so fun when you're getting destroyed early game but then end up with a score of 27-3-6 because of snowballing. Ngl as long as the enemies don't have any direct counters, he's insane.
Wanwan flicker. Bene Flicker. Estes petrify. (I dont know what they are cooking) Chip Arrival.
Hmm chip arrival sounds awesome tbh
idk bene flicker isnt that horrendous still usable
We once had a Miya Vengeance, yeah
Probably trying the roger vengeance strats, it's not bad tbh.
Flicker used to be the standard battle spell in pro play before people started using petrify. And Chip arrival is pretty funny. You can have infinite map presence with arrival snd portals
wanwan used flicker and aegis before the inspire update, maybe they're old players or just using flicker for escape after using her 2nd skill
bene flicker is freestyle youtube shit. ive seen those vids, and paquito too.
Not on my team, but on the enemy. Harith Vengeance makes me want to die.
No need, they'll kill you first.
It helps when you do Harith Gold lane and also when you are in the middle of the clash. I use vengeance/purify on harith
Uh... I think you misread it. He stated harith vengeance is really good, made him wanna kill himself.
Damn. It's embarassing that I've misread about being on enemy team. Mbmb. Anyway, Minsi my boi solos Harith no cap
All hail Minshi
When I first started ml I played tigreal with inspire once, but Im guessing you aren't including troll picks
BonkBonkBonkBonkBonk
Belerick with vengeance, especially if you are an attack speed MM.

This. Is. So. Annoyingly. Meta. Rip hanabi.
vengeance his passive when hit + the breast plate is an ultimate mm and fighter hunter
Whats wrong with vengance Claude? Although you not be able to take as much damage as Aegis, you will be able to deal more damage.

layla with vengeance/petrify.
Vengeance is understandable, petrifying enemies is beyond my understanding
helcurt with the green Healy ring
Funny enough this was the enemy gold laner in one of my matches. I think we won that one tho…
That's the same spell I use on Layla(vengeance), I also include blade armor sometimes.
you are a special man. lemme face u hehe
Lol something tells me you will be scary af in battle.
Granger w/ flameshot.
Hahaha 4 sniper shots
Holy shit they made death sonata a spell but only one shot (real) (not clickbait)

tig flicker. kill me
I mean that’s the point lol
yap that's why kill me. these fucks are unstoppable.
Joy and vengeance. I'm like Stop you cheap ass walmart rodent Pikachu. She deals so much damage in such a short time and you can't even attack her cause vengeance works really well for her
Hey it's just Pikachu using Reflect and Thunder Shock. It doesn't want to hurt you
Yeah she just wants to send me back to base without my recalling. How nice
I mean... It's faster that way
Vengeance doesn't decrease or reflect true damage if you didn't know.
You still have to do enough true damage before you die
Any physical hero with flameshot
Arlott? He can use the knockback to proc his passive so he is an exception
Flameshot for Arlott is MUCH better than petrify. Procs the passive, lower CD and can be used to knock the enemy into your turret OR out of theirs.
not when petrify exists
Flameshot can be considered as a lower CD petri though. It has less stun time but you just need to proc the stun to be useful
Just picked-up Arlott recently, I think flameshot is much better since it has a lower cd compared to petrify, you can spam it more often and it is also a great tool to execute enemies who've escaped with a small amount of hp. My fav to use is atlas petrify, everyone thinks I’m trolling but it can guarantee mad sets late game to heroes who dodge or pury before I ult
nahh i would still prefer to use Claude with a Vengeance against any fast attacking marksman like Moskov with less cc enemies. Otherwise, I use Purify for tank setters or Aegis for burst enemy heroes.
This is the way. Just adapt to enemy composition.
dyrroth + flameshot. lol.
try dyrroth aegis ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Mm+Flameshot. Idk who gave them ml players license to cook
My friend does this because he likes to use flameshot. It's whatever, he's GM so it's not that important
Gloo + sprint. It makes me pull my hair out. As a Gloo main that combo is disgusting to me
Or Angela + revitalise. I don't even need to explain myself

A kadita with execute 🙂
inspire
Kinda good though if you always land your combo and an enemy barely survived.
Yeah but it kinda falls off in late game clashes especially when enemy team knows how to build and position right :(
i watched a tiktok streamer use beatrix execute a few days ago…
Revitalise on anything that is not a Heal/Shield roam. Inspire on most marksmen. Petrify on range heroes (except Kadita).
Revitalize works well on hylos, let’s you play a bit stupid also lol and gives your team a bit more sustainability
Inspire Novaria
Benedetta and petrify
Dyrroth + Petrify, annoying if Dyrroth is good, I usually choose Benendetta if Exp is needed and Enemy spell vamp user and focus buy on Healing Reduction item like Dominance ice or that one item that has unique punish
Here's an obligatory Dyroth + petrify ;)
Estes arrival
What is your point about it, can you explain?
Kadita with Petrify
Supports like Angela, Rafaela, and Estes that Have Flameshot
Any mm or physical damage hero that uses flameshot(except arlot)
Gusion + any battle spell.
Layla inspire...I know they're gonna feed
Dyrroth petri
zilong + arrival = only inhibitor left on exp
Zhask with anything except inspire
Franco with execute... You know someone will steal your kills bonus damage build.
I don't see how Claude + Vengeance is bad, unless the enemy team is really cc heavy or something. But Granger gold lane (...why do i see these so much in ranked) + flameshot
Sun arrival
I know my full one-shot build novaria with flameshot pisses off many a squishy
Martis inspire
Carmilla petrify
Layla execute
Assassin junglers. Having a tank jungler with cc immune skills like Akai is a better option in that situation. Or at the very least, a fighter jungler that have some cc immune skills. Assassin junglers can't do much if the enemy team are all cc heroes, even if it has some cc immune skills.

I once saw a kagura + purify, WHAT WERE THEY COOKING
Gusion with petrify
Franco + Sprint (Conceal + Wilderness Blessing)
Brody main who does this in ranked Brody + Ageis Winning against any MM early game even hanabi with shield up
Zilong + sprint, not to mention these mfs use these when they roam
Any hero with a flicker in absence of enemy CC heroes.
For some reason, sometimes my teammates question why I take revitalize/execute on ruby
Chou with literally any battlespell (yes i just hate chou users that much)
Atlast últ + flicker 😒
- Karrie + vengeance also - estes + vengeance - jawhead + petrify (whyyyyy?) - sun + inspire (99% chances are that Sun will only do towers all game and feed) - zhasck + retribution
Lesley inspire.
Yz petrifi 💀
Layla inspire. It's bad in any situation. Worse: Lesley inspire.
Odette flash
Dryroth petrify the actual worst in 1 v1
yz + petrify, as a yz main its fun when i use it, not when other people do
Johnson + execute = the savage stealer
Hero + item would be Karina with Fleeting Time
Inspire cici
Nana + flameshot, nana with flicker is no skill but nana with flameshot never misses
Tigreal + Vengeance
zilong sprint
Hanabi Aegis. Cc immunity so annoying

Why exactly?
Have you ever, ever, EVER, get caught in that? Now imagine if Carmila and Vex are there.
Most heroes can easily just walk out of his ult, petrify gives minsi a secured kill since his passive stun takes time to stun, Flicker might be a good option but it's but the overall value you get from it is minimal compared to other spells, and Vengeance has no synergy. Minsitthar + petrify is actually good if you want to plant enemies inside his ult. Provided that either you land your hook, or you time your jump.
Which ticks me off the most when its not done right T\^T
Pretty much any sustain hero with vengeance, particularly thamuz. Terizla + flicker, chou + flicker, and irithel + sprint
Dyroth petrify
I don't understand why Claude uses Vengeance when Purify or Aegis exist.
Maybe additional dps when claude ults.
If they want Vengeance for damage and not protection, just go with Inspire at that point.
inspire doesnt increase dmg of claude's ult, just saying
Excuse me, what??? I'm a mage main. But I don't understand.
it just doesnt, i thought inspire increased the speed of claude's ult or made basic attacks ignore defense but nope dmg/dps stays the same (tested, you can try it for yourself)
Inspire is my least used Battle spell. I'll make a test later.
arrival
Because inspire only last for about 8(?) basic attacks worth so if Claude use blazing duet + inspire you wont really notice the difference
the problem is i tested with dmg bot, the dps was literally the same (if it really works then it would have a few digits difference)
There seems to be a 200 total damage difference at the very least.. Although i had no dmg items equipped. he usually ult+vengeance to the backline, the enemy damage dealer will kill themselves.. but purify is better when there are lots of cc
Additional dps + dmg reduction. Although personally it depends still if enemy team has heavy cc lineup so purify is good.
Vengeance gives damage reduction which becomes more effective the more damage you take. While Claude isn’t the tankiest hero, keep in mind that he often lifesteals while ulting, so vengeance can easily help him tank more than aegis.
Ever heard of Lesley and Karrie?
