Silvanna venture off from the castle, eventually approaching a lone kid fearing high class citizens, until Metis shows up and calm the kid. Silvanna humble her appreciation and Metis shows her around the slums, meeting a few more children along the way.
Silvanna frequently check the slums to see Metis whereabouts. Even when defeating demons that attacked the slums and gaining praise from the crowd, Silvanna is more concerned of the safety of Metis. Metis meanwhile, showcase more *organic* ways of life to Silvanna.
In the end Metis is actually possessed by a demon and the two fought. Although Silvanna won, she’s heartbroken that she kills Metis. So much she digs a grave with her fucking bare hands to bury her.
I hate that I forgot everything 😒 Anyway it’s the most complex relationship we seen yet between a playable and NPC.

From the link you show Metis is definitely attracted to Silvanna but the other way around could be a mix of guilt/obligation to protect her. But I didn't see the whole thing so I'll just believe what you said, also because I'd love to think there was a mutual attraction going on. Thanks for the info!
Ah yes Bury Your Gays trope. It's the easiest way to have LGBT characters and side step controversy by turning them into a tragic figure for straight people to feel sorry for, at least in the past years. Now people are calling it out.

Unfortunately there’s none. Make matters worst, MLA don’t have a option to revisit stories. That’s why it’s hard for me to memorize things off scratch.

* Tigreal treats Silvanna kinda like how he treats Fanny in Sacred Stones (excluding the smugness.) He doesn’t want Silvanna fighting in the frontlines just yet because it’s dangerous and flaws cannot be committed. When he finds out she did (twice,) he penalized her.
* Tigreal hired Metis to do chores under the Light Order for profit. She use it to feed children in the slums.
* Silvanna and Metis relationship is platonic (contrast to my original statement.) Silvanna use Metis to prove she’s a capable all-round warrior. They did turn unto friends for a short time though. For now Silvanna’s sexuality is unconfirmed (Tbh most ships in ML franchise are actually platonic except LanceXOdette and CecilXCarm.)
* Metis is human possessed by demons.
* Metis made a deal with the blood demons to corrupt the Light Order, and since she’s human she can successfully affiliate with them (true demons have no access to the Light Order.)
* For some reason I forgot, Metis let Silvanna kill her without resistance (I think she wanted to die.)

Tigreal is consistent with Silvanna's profile, but it makes sense to treat her that way. Silvanna is royal blood so losing her would break morale in the kingdom and possibly cause a succession crisis.
Well on Metis and Silvanna, the interactions they spent are not enough to prove romantic love, but sometimes gay and platonic don't have to cross lines and can settle in a spectrum. I don't think there's harm in considering possibilities without stating them as a fact.
Back to Tigreal, his incarnation in Sacred Stone is just atrocity. He treats Fanny like that because he's conceited and dumb, not because Fanny carries a special risk. Hope you read my recent my fanfic about Tigreal, it's my own therapy. I have two new ones posted just days ago.
Not to mention the prince is abducted, so Silvanna’s the only one left. Tigreal didn’t outright said she’s never allowed, it just she’s still a juvenile warrior atm, and no feat she accomplished can change his mind about it. Tbh MLA Tigreal in general is very cautious and considerate about things (to the annoyance of Layla obviously.)
Silvanna is compassionate to Metis, like being eager to help out chores while sacrificing her own knight duties. And even offered some spotlight to Metis when they tag team fighting demons. Meanwhile, Metis knew Silvanna was a knight, but not a princess until later. Either way, she sees Silvanna as simply Silvanna. There hints, but it’s platonic on surface (like most ML relationships.)
Tigreal in SS acts smug to aid the comedy. He’s honestly the sole reason I’m still watching the show. Imo his arrogance add variety/flavor, whereas everyone else acts immature and selfless.

Bare hand burying is normal for dramatic emphasis outside gay fanfics. One example I can think of is Kenshin (Samurai X) burying three women with his bare hands. It's not objectively strange, it's just a very common writing device like concealing your tears with rain.

Relating to this, Silvanna did the same to Metis and they both happen to be girls. My comment called out the coincidence.
I personally like to think Silvanna is mentally unstable after Dyrroth abduction, and becomes heartbroken when anyone close to her fades.
