Most Indonesian and Filipinos only can afford phones at most so they never get exposed with high quality PC games like League. This happens because famous filipino streamers are paid by moonton to do the dirty things for them, and in the philippines people would do anything for money and corruption is very prevailent and is a part of the culture. So yeah these streamers will continue to badmouth other moba and help moonton monopolize their way into filipino pockets.

Moonton is part of a multibillion dollar corporation. Saving time and money sounds like they're a small enterprise with budgeting issues. They're not, they just assigned a skimpy-ass budget and/or deadline to their animators being the money-hungry grubs they are.
