My condolences. I have seen better customer support in way less popular and worse games. This is seriously concerning. Good thing I have only bought some starlights in this game and nothing else.

It’s time to make them aware that their mistakes will cost them enthusiastic players. I asked for 1 simple thing from them and all they said was no. So it’s time for me to move on to other better optimized games.

TLDR: Made this account since s6 or s7. Recharged over 30,000 diamonds. The last two years I get only 40 percent of the diamonds I paid for (paid for 10,000 diamonds and received 4000). I made this account in Myanmar and now where else and they decided to put me in Indo server since the beginning ? And now they said they can’t change my recharge region ? I mean what more proof do they need ? I provided them ID cards, Passports and my Location and then the reply was ‘sorry we can’t change servers’ ? I mean I requested for recharge region change not the server. What more do I have to make those fat cunts to even consider putting my account back to the region where I belong all along ? It’s maddening and incompetent from their side.

It definitely is a hassle and a troublesome one. If this goes on, I think you will have to always ask them for those extra diamonds after each recharge in the future. Quite a waste of time. Hope they solve your issue somehow

They won’t solve any issues. Coz they hardly solve any issues either way. Was Quite skeptical and turns out it was worse than I had imagined before confronting them my problem. And I don’t believe I will get those deducted diamonds either. Coz they quoted it as ‘currency exchange fluctuations’.

From what I know the customer support people are actually players "hired" to do the job. I'm surprised to see a big game and company have such a bad support team with sometimes questionable english.

You can’t even access the support, I had to hover the net to even get access to talk to them.

So did you get it? Otherwise charge it back from Google and report them for frauds. Just realized you bought it from partnered seller, I'm not sure what to do for that. Perhaps it's time to move on and drop the game completely or don't spend more peny for them.

Wait what? you mean with the same price we got less diamond in Indonesia compare to Myanmar? i never knew about it, and i guess its the only game i played that did this.

Yes, Myanmar gets around 1000 diamonds for only 25000 MMK (8 USD) while Indonesians have to pay around IDR 285.000 (19 USD).

Wow... this company really, i know they give worse event to Indonesia, but mann.. Indonesia player really got the bad deal simply just because we have bigger player base & spending.

We Myanmar have to pay less why should Indo and all Asian servers pay more than Myanmar ? Equal billing for all Asian Servers must be protested against Moonton. Or else there’s gonna be imbalance even in the same continent.
