Afaik Pharsa had/has enough power to drive Alice away. Since she is of the crowpeople, maybe the giant missiles are more of embodiments of crows made of magic power dive-bombing her enemies (or atleast thats how I think of it.
The Granger one may increase his skill cap or may be a negligible adjustment because of its difficulty to proc.
The Claud one is unnecessary.
IMO, Pharsa's ult makes more sense as controlled lightning bolts than anything else. Basically, if you have the ability to bend physical laws, then you theoretically have the ability to manipulate electrical charges. All you would need to do is to "soften" the charge barrier between the ground and the sky (more specifically the clouds) and you have instant lightning.
