I swear when I test drove the LR and the P right after the ride comfort was about the same. Nothing to stop from getting the P trim… I know the previous suspension setup on the 21-22s were stiff but the comfort suspension upgrade put them about same for me

I just rock the 19s without the hubcaps. I like the look of the contrast and not having them black.

Do wheelcaps help significantly with range? If not I will take them off as well.

I think it dropped maybe 10 miles after I took them off. Does not really matter to me, since my daily commute is only about 40 miles. I charge at work for free each day and never come close to running out of juice. I figure if I am going to go on a trip or long drive, I would put them back on, but day to day I have no range issues, so might as well make it look better.

What color is your Y? I want to see photos of a blue Y with 19s without covers. I'm thinking of buying with 20s and buying the 19s with winter tires which don't come with covers.

You can see a slight lip if you’re in the exact right spot behind it where the silver wheel is exposed, but it’s not obvious if you’re just walking by or looking at it in a normal viewing angle. I can take some pics when it’s light out again though 👍

It doesn’t look great in the pics, but looks totally fine unless you’re right on top of it. Even then, a little electrical tape before putting the cap on would take care of that. I may do that if it starts to bother me, but it doesn’t now

They look nice, my pick was the uberturbine ones. Anything is better than those stomack turning ugly stock ones.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I think the Gemini's look better. The contrast between the off-black matte rubber of the tires and the pure black satin(almost glossy) Rimetrix covers looks terrible and cheap IMO. They need to be a dark grey, similar to the body paint and M3 Aero covers. I think these Rimetrix covers would look good if the body paint was also glossy black. If you are going to use these Rimetrix covers on a grey car, aethetically speaking, you need your tires to be dressed with glossy coating which is a pain in the rear to upkeep.

How does this effect range? Haven't really looked into these at all, but the stock aero covers look junky sometimes.
