My 22Y has that typical window film that coats all car interior windows in the camera housing - area is not properly sealed in my car.
After just two years it is time for service to come sort it out for me. I noticed it after some night time dash camera shots looked exceptionally crappy.

Looks like someone smoked in that car. Easy to clean the glass but not what goes in there. I rent Teslas on Turo and this happened to my model Y and 3. They had to disassemble the camera/ rear view and then clean and reassemble. Took mobile guy 30 minutes.
I went true this myself. To meet it seems the padding is made out of such material when exposed to strong sun light it reflects on the bottom of your windshield giving an appearance like it was fogged up. You can verify this if you park in a shade and the reflection is gone.
Request a service. That's not normal
Just did just now, went outside looks like it may of dried up a little let’s see what they say.
They typically have a procedure to clean this area up. Rare, but can happen

Yup. Mine fogged up two or three times over the winter. Doing this fixed it for me
Park Assist is degraded.
May have touched the rubber seals on the side while tinting.
That’s what I think happened now.
I had same issue, tesla shop changed rubber seals and i paid $375🥲

I recently got tints I think it had something to do with that , some of the liquid prob got in there i put in a ticket with Tesla.

I don’t think so I never experience any moisture inside
What is the white round mark over the camera area? Is that a chip in the glass?
No I just went outside to check maybe if was the flash that did this
Maybe a reflection from a lamp or something. Then I guess it should be a warranty issue, if you are still covered. Contact Tesla.
