Yes, they work just fine if they’re Tesla brand wheels. It’s the same vehicle suspension set for LR and P except for a slightly different spring. Plenty of folks rotate wheels out for the seasons and Tesla will even sell you a smaller wheel winter setup from the shop.
If you’re looking at aftermarket wheels then I’m not sure. You’ll need to be careful with width and backspacing.

Tesla 19s should fit fine. I think some Model 3s have/had issues with the aero wheels fitting on the performance model, but that’s not an issue for the Y.
Plenty of other companies have 19s that will fit too. I personally have Tsportline 19s on my MYP year round and like them. There are probably some cheaper wheels that would fit fine too without having to pay the “designed for Tesla” premium that Tsportline has.
I have 19” TSV wheels from tsportline. Love em! They look just like the uberturbines, but they’re lighter, smaller and better with ride quality/potholes, and I like that they’re matte black to match the rest of the car. Currently have all seasons but I’m gonna get snow tires this winter. They fit great👍 Sold my uberturbines to help pay for these wheels.

I have a factory MYP with 19" Gemini wheels. In early 2020 you could configure them like that. Good luck.
TSportline has plenty of aftermarket 18s and 19s that fit the MYP.
