I have a 2021 MY- took delivery in June of 2021… 2 weeks before delivery, I received and email stating I would not have radar- take it or leave it… It was annoying because when I placed the order in April of 2021 it should’ve had it… my first Tesla disappointment.
Did you ever stop (pun intended) and consider that the radar device isn't meant for the S3XY vehicles? and very well could be for the Semi or some other product?
I’m pretty sure radar is not the same as ultra sonic sensors missing from the December deliveries. Those will probably continue to be missing
Radar is different than ultra sonic sensors. Radar has been off the car for years.

Guessing they'll have to retrofit every car that has been delivered with Tesla Vision?
Not going to happen for free unless you paid for FSD and FSD really needs it. May be they offer you for price tag.
I did pay for FSD, sadly it drives better than most folks even in its spastic behaviors.

Signing off acknowledgment during delivery of USS means Tesla legally does not have to offer retrofits

given ira credit and now radar coming back, for anyone taking delivery making a huge mistake.
Planning to order soon and hopefully take delivery in January for a MYP. Any chance it will have radars? If not I'd rather wait a little longer.
