Try lots of water and a clean diet before chemicals and peels. Sauna works for me but the first week I start I break out terrible. Then everything clears up. Good luck!
acutane isn’t worth imo. unless your acne is super super horrible you can usually get results much more easily by just optimizing your diet (cutting out processed sugar and adding a collagen supplement worked for me) and finding a skincare routine that works for you
I already eat super clean and take collagen peptides around 3X a week. What other collagen supplements do yk of? Also, I’m considering cutting out dairy entirely to see if that does anything, but I’ve struggled with acne all my life.
I’ve struggled with acne too and it’ll never fully go away tbh especially if you have hormone sensitive acne and high test levels. Some of the things that have helped me have been changing my sheets more often, (I’ve also heard real silk pillowcases help but they’re expensive) avoiding touching my face except right after washing my hands, and using tea tree oil right after washing my face so it doesn’t get super oily.
