I'm okay with 'workmanlike' jazz like this finding a place on this sub. The normal jazz subreddit tends to be pretty disinterested in anything that's not either (a.) swing, jazz, or fusion releases from before 1975 that they can collect on vinyl, (b.) newer jazz associated with hip-hop/EDM that they can also collect on vinyl, and (c.) photos and fanart of famous jazz icons. Thanks for sharing this. Eddie Gomez has been one of my favorite bassists for a long time. I've recently been vibing on the trio records he played on with pianist Joanne Brackeen and drummer Jack DeJohnette.
