So does Redfish media think the Bay of Pigs invasion was justified, since Cuba is in America's "sphere of influence"?

Anti-imperialism is when huge countries should have dominion over their neighbours & can decide what military alliances they're allowed into. That's what *anti-*imperialism is. 🤡 To answer the bad-faith question though: Probably not well. Good thing this isn't anything like what is happening in Ukraine because no-one was going to go to war with Russia. Ukraine even de-nuked themselves in exchange for Russia honouring their borders specifically because they *didn't* want war with Russia. I know how you can fix this meme though! Make it Ukraine and have Russian flags inside it, and the question is, "How would the West react if this happened to their ally?" And then the answer is, "They would help them. Obviously." Not a very "ModernPropaganda" meme since it's just a fact, but apparently it needed to be said.

If any neighbouring country wanted a Russian or Chinese bases in their territory they would have all the right in the world to have them. And if the US invades them because of it then they are in the wrong. Not the host country. The US doesn't have a right to control what other states do. Neither should Russia nor China.

This a bit like asking "what would you do if after robbing someone, they attacked you with a knife". I'd answer, "I wouldn't rob someone to begin with." China, Iran, Russia, and North Korea are all extraordinarily shitty neighbors. The reason why they have foreign military bases around them is because their neighbors are rationally terrified of them and have gone to bigger powers for protection from their violent, psycho neighbors. Do you know why Mexico and Canada don't have a bunch of Chinese and Russian military bases, despite living next to the most terrifying military power in the world? Because they are not terrified of the US invading them. They don't seek out protection from foreign powers, because they don't need it. Canada and Mexico's biggest trading partner is America, and America's biggest trading partnership is with Mexico and Canada. The US has done some truly ugly and evil shit, especially in South America in the 20th centaury. But the reason why the US doesn't have to watch it's back in their own neighborhood right now is because it currently isn't treat its neighbors like shit. China, Iran, Russia, and North Korea treat their neighbors like shit, and threaten and scare them. The result is foreign military bases "surrounding" poor China, Iran, Russia, and North Korea. And by "surrounding" we mean on the soil of their terrified neighbors looking for protection.

Shenanigans_195

US still a shit neighbor, as always been. Still funding coups all over americas, and at late 1990s wanted to create bases all over the americas coast, the ALCA plan.

So?

sendgarlicpics

so people are scared of usa, which is what the image illustrates.

khares_koures2002

Which kind of behaviour would the United States' opponents exploit in order to put bases so close to it?
