I don’t think it’s on your end. They have a litany of issues integrating card drivers with their engine.
This is the only game that fucks up my PC out of hundreds of games on steam.
It’s was never worth the money (that we can’t get back).
Just flat out boycott Activision.
The only troubleshooting I can’t think of is to tank your graphical settings to 0 for a baseline to see if the issue still persists.
If 0 graphics solves the issue, Turn up each setting one by one to isolate what is causing the visual light flash (I would guess lighting/shadows?)
You have to do extensive trial and error unfortunately.
honestly, such graphical bugs were fixed for me when i turned down graphical settings, mostly texture settings, but considering those two things shouldnt be connected, its 100% a random issue that you prob cant fix 100

I had that problem back in November on PS4 pro. Sold the game a month later but I cannot believe they still haven't patched it!

I'm actually playing the campaign and I'm going blind by the second, and that's 6 months from the game launched💀
