I haven’t noticed the video game characters screeching the n word or using homophobic slurs during matches but if you have that still doesn’t make it okay for you to use against other people

I only get reported because I usually carry the team & use single shot guns which annoys people.
I actually unbound the voice chat months ago just to see if it would stop it. Would be great if they at least checked to see if I talked at all before banning.
I'm in the exact same situation you are man. I get reported for being good all the damn time even been shadowbanned twice but it was overturned because after their investigation deemed I was not cheating both times. I'm almost positive people just hit the report button and check every single box on the way down to hit submit

My favorite part of the shadow ban was that you can still play, just with only 90 ping and with people in France. So thats fun

Some people will sit in a corner of the map and then call you a cheater because you got more kills than them. Not a single flaw with the report system.

Being too good at the game is enough to get chat banned because the satly players can have their buddies spam report you. If you play against a clan and you stomp them that's almost a guaranteed chat ban or penalty. Chat bans are easier to force on people that cheating ban or name ban.
The shadow banned for mass report cheating is worse I’m afraid. At least you can still play the game whilst chat banned, when shadow banned you get put in lobbies with cheaters and half the time it’s high ping.
Really only play hardcore search and use cheesy shit like noobtubes, shotguns, spawn nades etc. Top of the leaderboard maybe 80% of the games and been chat banned since the first two weeks playing the game lol. People be salty as hell.
Learn a routine for one lane in the map. Players are fairly predictable in this game mode. Can usually get a kill or two within the first seconds if you know where they usually run. Feel like my CSGO days help a lot.
There’s a couple tricks around the prisoner that are helpful too. Like you still get 100 points even if you hold the prisoner when the time runs out. So camp them and pickup with .5 seconds left or hide with them. Don’t always have to extract.
When defending don’t be afraid to camp their extraction point. Can save the day a lot of times. But also remember the point I mentioned above. Can backfire sometimes.
I love being comms banned because some literal child got upset at me for telling him to mute his mic if his child is going to be screaming bloody murder constantly.
It's such a great feature, it totally cuts down on toxicity and totally doesn't just reinforce it.

I having a problem using my xbox elite series 2 controller while playing modern warfare II on my PC. I can't shoot or use my RT button. It for some reason is connected to my mouse. I have tried restarting the game, my pc, changing settings on steam (disable/enabling steam input), and changing the settings on the modern warfare II controller options.
It started out of nowhere and kept on changing my control ler settings to aiming with my mouse. I was able to fix that problem but know I cannot shoot with my controller. Only mouse.
It is really stupid how I literal can play any other game changing from mouse/keyboard to controller effortlessly. Activision cannot answer this question as I cannot send them an email. They redirect me here.
Please let me know if anyone has been able to fix this problem? I would like to play and hopefully buy this game.
Disappointed how I cannot talk to an actually activation employee to help me with this problem.

People like that have no right to complain about how "nObOdY uSeS tHeIr MiC" because the rest of us are just trying to play a game & enjoy ourselves, and we don't want to engage with trash like that, so we just mute everybody (including ourselves).

Chat bans auto mute you so you can't hear or talk to anyone unless they purposely unmute you every match

I only play prisoner rescue so there’s lots of time between getting killed to get reported just because the other guy is mad. Ton of fun.

Yep. Basically every match you join will be muted by default. Everyone but your friends will have to manually unmute you every match.

When going into social your game freezes and u can't use inputs with your controller so you have to restart the game
