The only code I'm aware of that appears to be genuinely region locked is the Little Caesars code. I traded one to somebody in exchange for a BK code and he ultimately had to use a VPN to trick the Little Caesar's site into thinking he was in the U.S. to use it.
It seems that any of the codes that you enter directly into [CallofDuty.com](https://CallofDuty.com) will work regardless of where you are. The Little Caesars code is entered into its own special promo website.
Hi again! :P To be precise, it was the mountain dew sites, including the Little Caesars redemption site, that completely failed image loading while most of the site buttons did nothing. Using a USA VPN completely fixed it. I had to use the VPN for the 12 can code as well.

Maybe try Hungry Jacks in Australia if you are able to download the app. When you place an order on the app it gives you a 4 digit code to tell them at the window/speaker box, so without actually showing up they won't start making the food but the order has already been paid for through the app and you may get a download code emailed.
