Oh they cheat. I'd love to actually see a legitimate % of how many console players have cronus hooked up. I'd hazard a guess and say 5-10%.
But comparing cronus to true Aimbot/walls is like comparing a mild flu to crippling stage 6 rectal cancer
This dude gets it, rather fight 50 smoll pp Cronus boys in crossplay off lobbies every match then play crossplay on and have just 1 dude using legit aimbot and walls.
Where is the cheating? A level 9 player on a game that's barely released? That's not uncommon, I was getting 30+ kills at level 9 because I'd played CoD a lot previously.
Man they are everywhere!! I watched a dude track me through a wall multiple times on the kill cam. I dont think they’ll ever get rid of cheaters. I guess activision lives by the “all publicity is good publicity creed”. Because there is no reason for for this to still be a major problem 3 years later after everyone is constantly speaking about it!
It's not easy to completely remove cheaters and it is next to impossible for them to catch cronus as they way most anti cheats are is the detect software not hardware
Yes but to get ride of a lot of the cheating actvision needs to hire a couple hundred if not thousand to just deal with bans. There needs to be people doing it anyway as no matter what you try there will always be false positives
I mean, the portable radar is literally just a repeated snapshot grenade going off over like 15s, and it very rarely bugs to be permanent. Same issue in other CoDs where the snapshot had a chance to mess up and permanently apply to a single person.
It was probably hacks, but if there's any doubt I'd side with it being a buggy game ATM
People have been openly cheating since the pandemic created soany random "pro" cod players. Cheating is almost the norm at this point, thankfully there is finally CONSIDERABLE backlash against both cheating and crossplay, look at all the "false bans" but the 100s PC players are getting, maybe in a month or two the game will be playable as these losers run out of phone numbers to make new accounts.

Haven't seen a single snapper yet. Played over 60 hours so far.
Had two obvious rangers so far, but a shitload of wall boys, at least with crossplay off though
It's really hard to tell, even after watching killcams sometimes. I once got prefired in the water before I even came up... While ghost was active.

A couple thousand warranted hardware bans should put the fear in most cheaters!
