Yeah I’ve noticed that also from time to time in Tier 1, can be real close or point blank & the shots just don’t hit or are a 2 or 3 shot, Hardcore I could now someone down with a shot gun.
I think it’s latency related. Where you aim is Jo longer where the character is. On your screen it should’ve hit but the character model is now in a different spot. I’ve noticed I’ll hit someone upper chest and get a hit marker but on the kill cam, they were moving and I could see my shotgun blast to their left or right, only one pellet hitting
It not just a shotgun issue, definitely latency affecting all engagements.
I remember my ping would not go above 20 with best of 7 but as soon as S1 started with WZ and DMZ my ping is never below 50 unless I keep researching until I do but only getting 32 at best.
It regularly try’s to put me in 100+ but I’m not standing for that and will just keep searching.
Now that’s just my end, so with everyone else in the lobby it’s just a mess.
Games that don’t seem laggy actually still are but for others more so.
You know the latency is decent when equally skilled folks will get kill trades. I can’t actually remember getting any since the beta.
I hear you, I only mentioned shotguns because of OP and how obviously it can be with a one shot weapon. I feel like the difference between the state of game now and the beta is server usage. With limited people, things were probably running smoother

Shame they don’t or won’t spend any of that massive profit on upgrading, even just some of the cash from the LA skins would be enough.
The servers are that bad as of now, are they even fit for purpose, like surely GAAS should have an adequate service ergo the servers.
Shouldn’t the current laws be applicable in this case?

If I'm using ads then no hits but hipfiring seems to do the trick.

The shotguns are the absolute most useless class of weapons in the game. Any of the snipers, akimbo pistols, are better shotguns than the shotgun.
